This year the German Company of the Year award has garnered significant attention, with 28 applicants from all over Denmark. A professional jury consisting of Claus Lønborg, Director of
Copenhagen Capacity; Jens-Peter Saul, President of the
Danish-German Chamber of Commerce and Group CEO of
Rambøll and Dorthe Bech Vizard, Director of Invest in Denmark, have chosen the winner amongst a highly qualified field of companies.
Attesting to this, Reiner Perau, CEO of the Danish-German Chamber of Commerce says:
“Amongst the many applicants we chose three finalists: Bayer, Lidl and Rohde & Schwarz - German companies who all excel according to the criteria of growth, innovation and investment. All finalists are notable examples of how an innovative approach and a high level of ambition can create jobs and success in Denmark. All nominees combine Danish and German know-how in an innovative manner which generates value, new possibilities and not least, growth."
