Elkjøp Nordic has placed its new Nordic customer service centre in Copenhagen, from where employees from Denmark, Norway and Sweden will handle inquiries from customers all over Scandinavia.
New location helps reduce costs and raise efficiency
With the new shared customer service centre, Elkjøp Nordic is combining three Scandinavian offices at 4,100 brand new square metres in Copenhagen. The consolidation brings about synergies allowing for improved customer services – without increasing costs.
In fact, according to Communications Director at Elkjøp Nordic, Åshild Indresøvde, the new service centre will help reduce costs with EUR 2.7 million annually.

According to Head of Customer Care Center at Elgiganten Denmark, Martin Tingleff, Denmark offers the perfect conditions for the location of a Scandinavian customer service centre.
