The report indicates that the key attribute among all the high-ranking countries is striking the right balance between economic, social and political imperatives. This is shown in their capacity to adopt and shape policies that preserve their talent pipeline as the countries consistently achieve a positive balance between encouraging local talent and tapping into top talent from other countries.
According to the report, Denmark excels in its ability to enable and grow talent which is a result of the country’s government effectiveness, ease of doing business, ease of hiring, and not least due to the fact that 'formal education is among the best in the world'.
Furthermore, the access to growth opportunities is ranked first in the world - a variable which comprises i.a. empowerment through freedom of voice and delegation of authority as key growth drivers.
