Reynolds & Moore is based out of Texas and assists companies who wish to comply with safety and regulatory standards in robotics, IoT, energy storage, and medical devices. High demand for the company's services from the European market made the company investigate where a new Reynolds & Moore European headquarters should be located. The Reynolds & Moore team traveled to several European countries, including Denmark, which was their final choice for their EU headquarter location.

The Danish robotics cluster is an EU-certified Gold Label as an international center for robot and automation technology. The robotics cluster comprises over 400 companies and has a global footprint with a high export rate of 60 percent. Denmark is known worldwide for its collaborative robots, for example, Universal Robots and Mobile Industrial Robots, and for fostering new upcoming robotics companies through programs from Odense Robotics and Danish universities.
