International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) has established itself as a global industry leader within food, beverage, scent, health and biosciences. After merging with the Denmark-based DuPont’s Nutrition & Biosciences (N&B) division in 2021, IFF hopes to redefine the industry by discovering boundary-pushing solutions and new technologies meeting emerging needs to create products that do good for both people and planet.

In total, IFF has approx. 1,050 employees in Denmark and now also a strengthened R&D presence at their facility in Aarhus, Brabrand where they are also installing a flavor lab bridging IFF’s focus on ingredients and flavors strengthening the synergies and innovation activities. Here IFF is making good use of the extensive Danish communities of talent within food science and sees Denmark as a main hub within food ingredients and flavors.
