Womar, a tanker pool operator based in Singapore, chose Denmark based on the Danish reputation of being a front-runner in the maritime ecosystem.
When
Singaporean Womar Logistics Pte. Ltd. provides both regional and interregional shipping services worldwide, carrying a multitude of commodity products. Incorporated in 2009, the company commercially operates about 40 tanker vessels with more than six million metric tons of cargo carried annually.
In early 2022, the company decided to place its European regional commercial and operational centre in Copenhagen. The HQ in Copenhagen will take Womar closer to both the world-leading Danish maritime ecosystem as well as the customers at the shipping hub in the Danish capital.
