Denmark once again ranked as European leader in innovation
Attractive research systems, human resources and an innovation-friendly environment stands out as Danish positions of strength according to the European Commission’s European Innovation Scoreboard for 2019.
The report divides the 28 EU countries into four groups according to their innovation strengths and weaknesses. Denmark is among the four countries in the Innovation Leaders group. In 2019, only Sweden and Finland score slightly higher than Denmark.
