Today, its new sales and research liaison office is located in Odense–close to the International Test Center & Cluster for Drones at Hans Christian Andersen Airport. Odense is also home to a thriving business environment due to the strong presence of UAS Denmark: The national industry cluster for drones with around 150 members.
The Odense drone cluster is at the centre of a burgeoning industry ready for take-off, not least because of strong public-private partnerships. Especially knowledge sharing and collaborations with the University of Southern Denmark and the Danish Technological Institute add to the cluster’s success and attractiveness.
Denmark is at the forefront of the international drone technology industry and Odense is becoming a true hot spot. This a development we have been following closely and want to be part of. We foresee a quick growth of the commercial drone market, and believe that the Danish drone cluster’s excellent test facilities, framework conditions and talent pool provide an ideal starting point for launching our European operations.
