To ‘follow-the-sun’, Nomura Research Institute established an EU System Operation & Service Office in Denmark
Nomura Research Institute is a Japanese company, who is a leading solution provider of consulting and system services through multicloud technologies. As a systems integrator, NRI provides core operations such as designing solutions and operational strategies for its clients.
These managed services are available from multiple locations around the world with offices in both Asia, the US and Europe. Common for all locations is the purpose of providing management services for private clouds, public clouds, and networks.
Follow-the-sun
Aiming to advance all clients’ operational systems, NRI introduced a workflow ‘follow-the-sun’ that involves establishing bases in multiple locations around the world to ensure that operations are managed currently across different time zones. This model is a 24-hours system, which aims to enhance the service quality by improving the work environments of technicians, focusing on sustainable growth of managed services.
In June 2022, NRI launched its first service operations in Denmark and recently, NRI opened a new, renovated managed service office in Denmark.
NRI choose to expand its activities to Denmark due to the Danish high-advanced ICT environment. NRI believes that Denmark’s top ranking in digital infrastructure and future readiness can contribute to enhance its managed services and IT operations.
