Maybell Quantum is opening its European headquarters in Copenhagen
Maybell Quantum will become one of the first tenants in the new Quantum House Denmark. Quantum House Denmark is one of several new initiatives that were launched in the national quantum strategy part 1 & 2 in 2023.
By being located in the Quantum House Denmark, Maybell will be at the heart of the thriving Danish quantum ecosystem including the NATO DIANA Q accelerator and the Novo Nordisk Foundation National Quantum Computer Programme. The dynamic ecosystem is growing rapidly and now comprises around 35 quantum stakeholders spanning from Danish research hubs at Danish Universities, small and medium sized companies as well as diverse industry players.
“Being collocated with NQCP and other top quantum players will enable us to collaborate more effectively to develop fault tolerant quantum computers. Our MqyQ labs will also enable innovation by allowing scientists to focus on their research while we take care of the infrastructure.”
Value drivers in the Danish ecosystem:
“We're thoroughly impressed by the flexibility of the Danish labour market and the favourable conditions it offers to start-ups and international companies. Invest in Denmark played a huge role from the outset, facilitation of crucial connections within the Danish ecosystem, organizing meetings and providing valuable support. Moreover, their assistance has been instrumental in enhancing our comprehension of the Danish business landscape, including deeper understanding of the framework conditions.”
