Hines to deliver new state-of-the-art logistics facility in Kolding, Denmark

In response to continued global demand from occupiers for prime logistics space in the Nordics, Hines, a global real estate investment, development, and property manager, is developing a 130,000 square metres state-of-the-art logistics and industrial park in Kolding, Denmark.
Hines manages nearly €941 billion in high-performing real estate assets operating in 30 countries, with over 65 years of experience. From offices in Copenhagen, Hines Nordics advise on the investment, development, and management of real estate assets in Scandinavia. In 2021-2022, Hines completed €797 million of logistics transactions in Europe showcasing its scale and industry expertise.

Hub 65 – a logistics facility gateway to Europe

Hub 65, a newly emerging logistics facility being developed by Hines Nordics, is located in the ‘Triangle Region’ in Kolding, Denmark. Kolding is a strategic location in Denmark and serves as a gateway between Germany and the Nordic markets, and Hub 65 is therefore ideally situated with direct access to European highways E45 and E20, and first class connectivity to cities, ports, and other European countries.

The Hub 65 facility is designed with quality, adaptability, and expansion in mind. Ready for occupation in 2024

Hub 65’s first phase is expected to offer prime logistics space spanning 3,000 to 45,000 square metres and should be ready for occupation in 2024. The logistic facilities will be supported with modern and well-designed office space integrated into the building or for large tenants and a separate office building. The full project is expected to be developed in three phases with a target completion in 2028.  Hub 65’s core audience is international tenants primarily focused on a quality location, sustainability and flexibility.
