OYO expands its vacation home business in Denmark

The Indian hospitality platform has announced the acquisition of Danish vacation home company Bornholmske Feriehuse on the Danish “Sunshine Island” Bornholm.

The Indian unicorn OYO Rooms is a global hospitality platform, providing affordable and trusted accommodation. The company operates over 157,000 hotels and holiday homes across more than 35 countries. Now, Bornholm’s largest vacation home company, Bornholmske Feriehuse, has become the latest addition to the Danish OYO family.

OYO Rooms started their Danish adventure with the acquisition of the Danish holiday chains DanCenter and Danland in 2019. The new acquisition of Bornholmske Feriehuse underlines OYO’s commitment to ‘Invest in Denmark’ and to accelerating the growth of travel and tourism in the Danish market.
